IF Bankrupt...

A Cart before the Horse question... But,...

Would think the arbitration would be auctioned off like any other asset.

Then cash would be distributed by Absolute Priority - that is Senior Creditors are paid first, Bond Holders come next, then Preferred Shareholders, and finally the Common Shareholders being paid last.
