KRY does not need listing on the AMEX in order to pursue arbitration. And a reverse split in order to aid in regaining the listing would not have benefitted retail investors.

We have been hurt enough!

Please Mr. Fung, get on with the refinancing and get rid of the Noteholders in a manner that is fair to us retailers, for a change.
