I totally agree much was out of our BOD's hands...and we were at the mercy of Chavez...the MAJOR problem I have was the purchasing of the equipment we had in storage for years....paid god knows how much in storage costs....it cost us almost as much as we owe the noteholders.....(60-70 million??)...we wouldn't be in near as much jeopardy of default...if our BOD didn't make the ridiculous call to spend this kind of money until ALL permits were in place. That was something in THEIR control...can't do anything about it now...but they have to take the blame for that...if nothing else.
