kry bought MAEL in 97'..here's a re-cap from one our hated/loved stories.

now, as i remember, it was argued that kry got the MOC in exchange for dropping all suits against ven for LC. that's even stated in the MOC. the MOC has been rescinded so does'nt kry still own LC?? sounds like kry has a few lawsuits against ven to me.

ramstein trading group (see red glove financial) currently has a suit against ven (i cant find out anything about it though) currently pending at icsid. my guess is that related parties at kry got screwed on thier options/shares from the MAEL sale when it became evident ven was going to bump us and are now suing for thier damages?

here's where i need an opinion.... is'nt the ownership of MAEL still an asset to kry? would'nt the seperate legal case for MAEL be IN ADDITION to the MOC case?
