if the icsid timeline follows the same as it did for GRZ then the tribunal should be constituted any day now. it took 4 months for GRZ, it's been 4 months now for kry...

as far as fung goes, i'd be suprised if he was'nt able to work something out with the bondholders but i'm not convinced the shareholders will get the good end of the stick.

most likely imo, an 11th hour BS deal will pop up and shareholders will have no choice but to take it......that's best case.

worst case we'll get to see the word "reorganization" and fung, the bondholders and all related parties will make out just fine.... us kry babies will just get to bitch about the man and how hugo and bay street screwed us...
