Very plausible and may be dead on. I personally don't think a deal will be struck with the bond holders. I think the reason it was put out there at the agm that the bond holders believe a deal with them will give cause the bond holders to own most of the company was so we would be more willing to give up a fairer chunk of our arbitration award in a deal with a new lender.
