EZ, you know i hate to agree with you because of your wierd love affair with fung...but.. that kinda makes some sense.

the $ 16mil should see them thru the rest of the year anyway....why cash in on all the equipment in case there is a judgement in the noteholder civil case? the truth is they really wont need the cash before then.

IF this is the case it really peeks my curiousity as to who exactly bought the equipment because it would imply they are working with kry. at least to some extent.
