It's that very timeline that will help as well. Some points to ponder.
After refinancing of notes:
1. Management should tell us go-forward burn rate.
2. After Memorial is submitted, a fairly accurate timeline will be determined and everyone will know exactly the dollar amount being requested. (modeling can be done)
3. ICSID can state that they have enough information on the case after the counter-memorial and rule.
4. Settlement can come at any time (this can come in many forms).
5. Other ICSID case rulings against Venezuela can help our price at any time.
6. Everyone that has sold and has no shares (ie many stated on this board) will possibly re-establish a position once financing completed.
7. I have talked to some that will definately add to existing positions once the Dec notes are mitigated (s/b July).
We have more control over our future than we have had in over a decade. We are dealing with International Law now and with professionals.
Common sense tells me we should have a meaningful and positive 3rd quarter.
