Wow. This is a tough one. As much as I DESPISE Chavez for screwing me out of a huge chunck of change, I always thought that he truly believed that he was acting in the best intersts of the people of Venezuela - as delusional as that may be.

Our time for this life as we know it is limited for one and all. I don't believe that Chavez is evil, and no one should have to suffer in pain as he likely is and will continue to do for some time. As a fellow human I wish him comfort and strength in his battle. If he makes it through, perhaps he will gain some perspective on what is important and do what truly is best for his people.
