LS = late stage

4 = level of cancer damage

PC = prostate cancer

And yes , I say they are gathering or gathered shs. Hugo and his insiders may have bought over $12 million worth of shs and when the offer is made to us he permits the mine to CREC paying himself $300 million to boot or more.

Essentially , the $500 million offer is reduced to $200 million but after the CREC gets the MOC he's assured gold, production and yes...skimmed gold off the top. All from the eventual buy under of the asset.

I think still the hang up is the arbitration claim of the GRZ group to our eventual offer. You cant settle KRY's till GRZ has been taken care of.

I have pegged the pre-trial offer to $950,000,000 max. and $500,000,000 min. The actual costs associated to do all the ground work. All based on 380,000,000 shs. total.
