IMO, we do not need to get re-listed in order to go to Arbitration.

I don't want to have anything to do with the Chinese, or any other offer, unless it exceeds what our world class Attorneys feel we will receive from a successful Arbitration,

Our Attorneys are professionals and they must have a figure that they feel will be obtained from Arbitration.

Am I to believe that our legal Counsel expects a judgement of 3.8 billion? If this were anywhere near true, why are we even discussing payments of 1 or 2 dollars.

What do our Attorneys really expect that we will receive from Arbitation
