I really don't see the bond holders as being a problem. They will not be part of the debt refinancing so they will have no say in what happens. I suppose they could screw up the new financing by playing hardball with the amount owing but tough to do when you find out there will be nothing left to take in a BK.

A deal will get done that will keep us alive because nobody wins in a BK except Hugo.
