I wouldn't say it is irrelevant EZ!

I agree Freshfields is one of the best but no matter how confident I am in our case there is always risk. Seeing a pattern of how other judgements have come about is definitely useful.

I seriously doubt the others have a Pesci quality legal team. I'd take Pesci if Tomei made me a personal visit. To hell with the settlement.
