*A clarification on the ICC case for Exxon Mobil, the case was wrapped up last fall and the decision is what should be coming soon.

*Crystallex and Venezuela selected arbitors over 30 days ago. The 3rd arbitor should be selected soon. Since it has not happened I think ICSID is doing the selecting because Crystallex/Vz could not agree on the 3rd arbitor (or just slow in updating ICSID website). See page 16 from AGM slide presentation for reference.
