I hope your speculation is not accurate. It is best that management executes as stated and wraps the financing up now and banks the cash until due in December.

The bondholders deserve and will get the full amount of the note. Either when due in December or when an award is put forth by ICSID.

This is in the best interest of all stakeholders.
