the part in bold has a lot of equity for GRZ since it shows they did not give up the research and development studies of the project to Vz. I believe Vz asked for the documents as a prerequisite for giving them a permit but were refused. GRZ probably realized it was their ace in the hole and did not trust Khan nor Chavez. shortly after, GRZ was kicked out of Vz. Anyone mining this property would have to rework the entire research which is expensive and would take a long time (i believe i read at least 2 years)

I'm wondering if anyone knows whether KRY passed their research and development documents to Vz. I have a suspicion that they may have which puts us in a submisive state for negotiations going forward. I'm wondering if KRY got scammed into giving up the documents with the promise of a permit. Why else did it take so long to file for arbitration. I'm hypothesizing that that may have been the reason for the delay in filing because they were over optimistic and underestimated Chavez's motives. If they have the documents they have no more need for KRY participating in the development of the property.
