Yes a pps of a dollar or more would be great but I don't see it happening. The judges could be seated and reviewing paperwork but it wouldn't matter for KRY.

What matters is: Where's the financing?

Without fresh financing or refinancing with the current debt holders within the next four months KRY is dead.

With or without a selection of the tribunal KRY will head into bankruptcy if new money can't be found or if the old debt can't be renegotiated.

So the question to be asked is not, "Who are the judges?" but, "Can KRY avoid bankruptcy long enough to survive through the arb process"?
