I have to disagree with you.

You said:

"The assets will come from our award and until that is in our corporate account, I wouldn't count on any increases in the share price, of any significants."

Based on that statement you believe we will stay .10 - .12 for 2 years or longer depending on when an award is announced. I don't think so.,
