so they are going ahead with development of gold mines including LC and LB. OK..is this government that corrupt that even they would not offer us some type of offer to go away...(from ARB) considering...they can't argue we did put millions into roads/sewage and hospitals in their country....they must have some plan to offer us something for the money invested in their infrastructure..??...all the press is that they punted us out in February and rescinded our contract.......do they REALLY want to pay 3.8 Billion...or some amount......they need to deal.....and soon...
