KRY in its annual report some years ago published their prospectus for the implimentation of the construction of the mill which would be a processing plant with capacity of 20,000 tons per day. After a couple of years they were to increase the size of the plant and the capacity would be 40,000 tons per day. This first phase published by khan is right out of KRY Research and Development playbook.

The engineering company who were to build the plant and had submitted a complete plan of construction right down to "ready to go" was SNC-Lavalin. Everything had to be 100% complete since i believe we paid a few milliion to SNC for their work and SNC was just waiting in the wings for the go ahead. Which never happened.
