"I wonder if the delay of selecting a tribunal finally is watched by icsid whether we have the money to continue. No point in starting something we can't finish. IcSID probably adds things like that to their thinking."

Aunti, perhaps you haven't been following our panel selection process. Here is a summary of the panel selection from RM that does not indicate any delay to me:

"Yes, Both sides selected one arbitrator and both had the opportunity to
review and challenge each other's choice. I understand that both parties
agreed on the third panelist who would have served as the president of the
tribunal. The candidate was reviewed and asked to serve. I understand he
declined the appointment. I believe we are in the final stages or approval
and/or selection on another candidate who would serve as the presiding
member. If this next candidate is approved and/or accepts then the Tribunal
should be constituted in a timely manner. If not, then the Company has the
option to request ICSID to randomly appoint a Tribunal President so the
proceedings can begin."

RM also continues to advise that the company is working on the financing and that there have been no unexpected issues that have come up. Certainly, I agree with your "show me the money" thinking, this is what we are all waiting for -- a press release that the money is in the bank.
