I agree. In the icsid queue we are #3 on page 2. All others serviced. We are next and will get a pop hopefully.

I wonder if the delay of selecting a tribunal finally is watched by icsid whether we have the money to continue. No point in starting something we can't finish. IcSID probably adds things like that to their thinking. Show me the money.
