"It is obvious that someone knows something with this level of volume."

While it's quite possible this recent jump in volume indicates good news in the next 3 months I caution anyone from betting the farm that KRY can find financing to keep us out of bankruptcy. VERY few companies are able to dig themselves out of a hole this deep.

What you might want to do is follow the pattern of 2 cent moves. KRY as averaged around 11 cents and then made brief bumps to 13 cents. That's about 18%. Buying at 11 and selling at 13 may be the best way to trade this thing based on its recent pattern.

Also...in the past we've had huge jumps in volume that led nowhere. These huge jumps, I might add, were often followed by statements from KRY that management had no idea as to why there was a huge jump in volume. If you ask them today I'd guess they'd say, "we don't have a clue".

And remember, for every million shares bought, someone else was selling those million shares.

Frankly, until we see a huge jump in volume AND good price movement, history won't let me get too excited about the recent spike in volume alone.

Recent events in Ven are showing us, and any potential big pocket investors, that Chavez is doing everything he can to grab his assets now so that the World Bank can't get them later.

And while it's true the World Bank HAS some muscle I still don't see the World Bank kidnapping any Ven oil tankers on the high seas, nor confiscating any Citgo stations on our behalf.

And....if Chavez is successful in trading oil only with Russia, China, North Korea and Iran, I don't see those countries imposing any sanctions on Chavez. They, like Chavez, will just drag this thing out as long as possible.

The only thing Fung has ever been good at is raising money so I'm still waiting on the sidelines to see he can get this pig on its feet for one more trot around the butcher shop.
