could be a lot of reasons for this good and bad... does anyone know if national is buying for in house or is this a broker buy??

on the bad side is the obvious that fung knows financing wont happen and has worked out a deal with national to unload a buttload of shares before the PPS goes to 0...

on the good side is maybe national will provide the financing and part of the deal is picking up a buttload of shares without jumping the pps before the announcement...

either way someone is getting f'd..sounds like inside info to me...but that does'nt seem to matter on the tsx.
