As I stated in an earlier post I had two friends who died from brain cancer and they had mellon heads, just like Chavez, a couple of weeks before they died.

This kidney failure, if it's true, could be the beginning of the end, or maybe there is a long line of blindly-loyal poor people willing to give up a kidney, or two, to give Chavez a few more months to live.

Hard to say.

But I will say, Venezuela, the World, and KRY will be better off without him.

At the urging of my wonderful wife, who also suffered from kidney failure, and who survived a stem cell transplant, I'll say that I don't want Chavez to suffer but I do hope he dies before KRY does.
