In my "Where's the Press Release" post I did not proclaim a PR would move the shareprice higher.

I said I would like to see a PR on this seemingly positive news "...to at the very least provide support for the current pps and possibly push it slightly higher..."

The bottom line is, I just wanted the company to provide information and it turns out, we got it. However, as is typical with this stock, every bit of good news is usually tempered with a bit of bad news. i.e., the TSX delisting surprise sprinkled in with the somewhat positive news regarding the ICSID case, Noteholder lawsuit, and refinancing progress.

Although the share price hasn't moved, I did observe the volume increased by almost 40 times after the press release...
