It's most likely the lack of the fine print regarding the deal and the market no likey that. I'm beginning to regret my couple of posts from yesterday. I thought dilution wouldn't be a big factor but the fine print coming down the pipe may just be the replacement of such, dollar wise.

Kinda getting ready for a kick in the nads again.
