Why would Venzuela pay out $3.8Billion when they can buy up cheap KRY shares and seize control? Why would management executives buy shares if they know what is happening? Wouldn't KRY, Chinese and Ven insiders just wait and buy at the very bottom? Imagine the profits insiders would gain legally without liability? Just another idiotic thought!
