Once the offering is completed at the end of the month and we know the costs it will be possible to come to some conclusions about a range. The starting point will be $0 with a loss and $3.8 with a full win. I think most people will use a bottom of costs which are around $550 million. I think if we use this number everything over it will be a bonus even though I feel we will get over a billion.

Take $550 million subtract $120 million for the new debt leaves you with $430 million. Subtract the interest payable on the debt and CVR payment which we will know at the end of October. At that point we will be able to figure out a bottom number based on costs.
