Do we have the right, as stockholders to request information as to what our attorneys expect us to receive from a successful arbitration award?
If we do, this would end speculation on what we may reasonably expect. This information would certainly increase the value of our stock.
If the Attorneys and Management refuse to give us an indication as to what a successful award might be, is there any other legal method to obtain this information.
And does anyone believe that Management would hire Legal Counsel without first having obtained such information?
