Facts:

Mr. Fung has exceptional skills at obtaining financing collateralized by dreams.
Crystallex has a potential $3.8 billion arbitration award (dream) within the next couple of years…

Given the above…

I think Mr. Fung should combine his proven financing skills with KRY’s potential arbitration award and arrange for a $2 billion debt offering now. Then, he should use the proceeds to buy out us shareholders now rather than making us wait until Venezuela pays.
