Mr. Mackay joins the company with executive leadership experience as well as expertise in the South American mining industry.

Following his successes in business, he acquired properties in Venezuela, Brazil, Bolivia, Guyana, and several other South America countries. Mr. Mackay has accumulated extensive experience in dealing with government authorities throughout South America. In addition to the full development of REE International's Venezuela property, Mackay's business plan includes acquiring additional properties throughout South America and using these properties to mine tantalum and niobium for distribution throughout the U.S. and China.
