Movements going on around the world today and the last few months say that Hugo and his type of public dominance may be something of the past. Yes, he is dieing, not from cancer, but from a more enlightened electorate.

He is a political relic who's time has long past and the cancer is informing him of his geopolitical, climatic demise. Look at his best friend/mentor and you will see what I mean.
