We may get news on new financing today or not. As far as I can see, KRY has wiggle room on the closing date so I'm not holding my breath either.

If KRY can the 120 million we want and need I'll be very pleasantly surprised.

But even if KRY can raise more money to pay off the old debt and avoid bankruptcy for now I don't expect the pps to move much.

My broker disagrees. He thinks if KRY can get the new financing and keep at least 40% of any future arbitration payoff then the stock should double on that news.

I'm doubtful because KRY has a terrible history of: shooting themselves in the foot and/or poorly promoting good news.

Plus....I think most investors think there is easier and quicker money to be found than waiting and waiting and waiting for Ven to do the honorable thing and pay the fine for their crime.

We'll see what happens and how much we had to give up to stay alive.
