I hope you're right jimmijazz, that my interpretation is wrong, but wouldn't you think the volume would be much higher, and the share price much higher too, if the market thought KRY was on the verge of announcing $120 million in fresh money and therefore avoiding bankruptcy?

How else can you explain the market's total lack of interest in our near future?
