I guess these guys could wait with an announcement up untill the end, but the SP will probably take a nose dive as we approach the bond repayment date. May be just another shakeout and buy opportunity for those people in the know................

I guess if any other pending iscid settlements were reached, or judgements handed out between now and the end of Dec, this could positively affect the SP. Or if the pompus bloated nimcompoop just keeled over, etc.
