Within the last month Marshall has said several times that refinancing is going well and as planned.

We have to wait to see if he is truthfull or stringing us along.

We should expect he is truthfull and I look forward to hearing good news soon.

KRY closed upward yesterday and is hanging on to its new base 18 - 20 cents instead of 12 cents.
