My only contemplation on why the SP and volume piddled recently- (other than the waiting for the deal announcement) Is the news that Chavez is now offering Bolivars, not Dollars in exchange for his thevery. Hopefully Bolivars will be worth something in the future, But question for everyone? On Iscid or icsid judgements, can they stipulate the currency for the award to be paid?

Anyways Im going over to the Double Eagle to visit with JCW.
