Thank you Teut for sharing the info. I look forward to the closing of "the book" and I look forward to examining the detail of the deal.

If the refinancing does happen and if the details of the deal leave us enough crumbs I'll stick around past a dollar a share....especially if Hugo kicks the bucket.
