I have been out of touch for a while, but check in sometimes. I'm in the camp of the lost too much to ever recover, but I still hold some shares.

I am curious if it is just me or was there no mention of the financing optinon outlined in the OCT 11 PR in this Q3 Earnings report. All I saw was reference to Crystallex continuing to pursue refinancing options with no guarentee of success.

If this financing was close to closing as some suggest, why did Crystallex not at least mention the potential deal that they released in their PR? I find it odd and concerning that this did not appear, however I am hoping that I just overlooked it.

Any thoughts? Since this "deal" was released in the prior PR with an expected closing on or about 10/28, I would think there was no reason not to mention it if it was still an option.

Here's hoping we all can escape this nightmare soon with at worst a lower loss.
