*Cemex case is 3 years 1 month old.

*Cemex published they were in settlement talks in January

*Gold Reserve is a better measuring stick...17 months from time of merit filing to final hearing, because, like us, have nothing else kicking and want to monetize their Vz. asset as soon as possible.

*ICSID cases have been getting shorter and shorter between iterations of the process

*My revised timeline would be Merit filing Dec 2011, final hearing March/April 2013, Award by EOY 2013, basically 2 years from next month.

*ICSID cases can slow down for many reasons which have been stated here...claimant has as much control as the respondent regarding the timeline and multiple reasons why the claimant may want the process slowed or as many state delayed.
