I look at it with another possibile angle. If Vannessa is deemed to have a valid interest/claim in LC by the court, is it them who gets to claim the losses and such incurred, lost profits included as KRY is doing? If so, was it legal for VZ to award KRY the contract in the first place? There's a whole other batch or arguements for that one. I would assume not more than one could claim for lost profits if the second shouldn't have been awarded the thing in the first place. Maybe an award of money spent and invested, but 3.8 billion? I don't think so regardless.

Therefore I do think kry will get an award, just nowhere near what we hope for. The reasons for a delay well past two years are layed out in our posts.
