What is the latest news on the refinancing of the Bonds? I was told that the deal would close October 28th but so far there has been no further update.

What’s your opinion?

What happens if the Units aren’t sold? Does Management have a back-up plan?

I am really getting worried as nothing seems to be falling into place, and time is running out.
