Vlada I will give you some hope. The October 28th date was a set in stone date.

The units will be sold and no I don't think Kry has any back up plan because they believe they will sell all the units.

Timing is bothersome but like Civi has said before Kry never hits a target date do they.

The only date right now that matters is Dec. 23rd. That is when the old debt has to be paid off and I believe it will.

If I'm wrong you can have all my KD because my wife will have already buried me.
