One question I have to the board is:
If the issue has demand in excess of the $120 million, could the delay be a result of the company now going back to the early debt investors and saying "well, we have more buyers than expected, are you willing to take 30% of the award or settlement instead of 35%, and accept an interest rate of 16% instead of 20%?"
Can this be done?
The other question I have to those who know about the deal is, what happens if instead of getting an arbitration award or settlement, they decide to give us the property back with some compensation, how does the pie get split up then?
