By "active miner," I assume you mean a miner that has a least a snowball's chance of teaming up with VZ to mine LC? That's the only relevance I can see. And then only to the extent they may be perceived to have some special knowledge of VZ's intent to settle the arb.
Other than that, why would it matter if some other mining company bought in? The only resolution I expect from the arb is cash compensation. I don't see a resolution wherein the contract is reinstated and KRY or its downstream investors/purchasers are again allowed to mine LC.
Am I missing something here?
