Well beandog I think you have summed up most of our feelings. When I was told a month ago that it wasn't Kry choice to give an October 28th date I asked why was it given then. It was the date the other parties wanted and by including in the statement "Closing of the Offering is expected to occur on or about October 28, 2011, or such later date as agreed among the parties." they were covering these bases.
