Other than panicking and whining here, have you done anything to figure out where things are? Like talk to a broker for one of the three syndicate firms, call or email RM or Bob Fung?

It really only takes a minute to send an email and RM usually responds within a few hours even today -- a weekend:

(1) Do you know if the initial arbitration hearing occurred on December 
1 as scheduled (per the ICSID web site)?

(2) Have any unexpected problems come up yet in the financing?

Hello Mr. XXXXXXXXXXX. Yes I understand the first procedural hearing for the Crystallex ICSID case took place on Thursday in Washington, DC.
I have not heard from Bob as to the financing since Tuesday when I was told the Subscription agreements were being collected in order to move to closing.
