CJR - "...but with all the "over-subscribed", "we should close on the PP next week", etc. talk..i thought it might be worth discussing..."

Interest, and it seems everyone here at least was interested, in the pp was very likely. But over-subscribed seemed to be just another rumor. And with the claim of increased percentage to the next group of investors, seems would be no need to negotiate the percentage award if there were others waiting in the wings with bags full of bucks looking to buy in to the pp. For all we know, the continued delay might be over continued negotiation of the piece of the pie. As long as there is a PR of the pp closing is issued by Dec 23rd, it is all good... for the company.

More CJR, well kinda by his quoting pr - " It looked to me that they will be deciding dec 5th? "The Continued Listing Committee of the TSX has scheduled a meeting for December 5, 2011, to consider whether or not to suspend trading in and delist the common shares of the Company. " "

The TSX delisting will not deflate sp from an exodus of Big Guys. Well, except maybe for the last 40k shares or so. NYSE/AMEX delisting already accomplished that. The trading of KRY/CRYXF is now in the hands of the masses, many of those being a new group of speculators who got in around the dime level. This new group has lower sp pop expectations.

Plus, reviewing the TSX process shows it may take just as long as the NYSE/AMEX process, which from initial delisting process notification on April 5, to finalizing the boot on Oct 7, took about six months. Unless the Company does not put up any fight for shareholders, the TSX process will likely take that amount of time - if not longer.
