I reference your post titled Teutracker. I apologize for my late response but I'm tied up in a family emergency in Canada. What I posted was common knowledge in the broker/investment community. Should you require further confirmation of what I posted please have your broker contact any of the syndication members. Dec.9th I was informed was the definitive closing, as I was advised at the time. My efforts to share are pure and without malice. Like many, I am stuck with an investment now at breakeven that I can't sell. I do not intend to sell. My belief is that we will get the financing in place, pay off the old bond holders and continue efforts at ICSID. Good luck.
